Our state-of-the-art 3-axis CNC machine is built to tackle everything from intricate sculptures to high-volume production runs with precision. CNC CUTTING

  • Our trusty CNC loves to cut and we keep it busy! Capable of cutting a wide range of material. It’s not just cutting we are also able to 3D mill and perform a range of cuts, pockets and routes. We don’t just work in 2D.

    Generally we work with standard sheet sizes of 10 x 5" (3050mm x 1525mm). So bear this in mind when you are setting out your design files.

FABRICATION

  • We fabricate a whole range of items from furniture to entire venues on and off site all over the country. With experience in a wide range of material we are able to take on any project!

DESIGN

  • We don’t just cut! We have years of experience in producing CAD models and drawings for a whole range of projects, making us pretty handy.

    So no fear, if you have a project in mind and you don’t have the time or skills to do the thinking, we can help!

LASER CUTTING

  • We also offer laser cutting! With a bed size of (600×1200mm) its perfect for a range of projects! Over the years we have produced packaging for small company’s, stencils for artists and to scale building components for architects!

    Materials: MDF, Plywood, Acrylic, carboard and loads more.

3D PRINTING

  • The future is here! With a few in house printers we are able to 3D print a range of items! From extrusion printers to resin we know it all!

METAL WORK

  • We have years of experience cutting metal! With a wide range of materials such aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass we are able to cut a range of sizes and depths!

Supplying your own vector files is the best way to go, but if you are unsure or need help just give us a call but otherwise find the details below on how to upload your files.

The CNC runs from vector files. If you provide DXF, DWG or AI files, we can get started straight away.

HOW TO UPLOAD

STEP 01:

UPLOAD FILE

Fill out your detail and upload your file. File types such as DXF, DWG, AI OR PDF. For more details on uploading please see our guide attached below. We aim to get back to you in 24 hours.

STEP 02:

WE CNC

Once you have received the quote we will get your work into production. Through out the process we will offer updates.

STEP 03:

WE DELIVER

Once produced we can delivery anywhere in the UK from small parcels to pallets! Or if your local swing by and collect.
